We’re here to assist you! Our customer service hours are very flexible. We are available to answer your questions and attend to your needs from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, all in the local time of Illinois, USA.

Making a reservation with Ride in OLE is simple and convenient. You can choose from several options: use our convenient «Book Online» system, call us during our customer service hours at the main phone number, or fill out our online contact form. Additionally, you can always send us a WhatsApp message or an email at your convenience, and we will get back to you as soon as possible during our working hours.

Our commitment is to stay in touch with you quickly and efficiently. If you send us a WhatsApp message within our customer service hours, you can expect a lightning-fast response!

In case of a real emergency outside of our working hours, unfortunately, we do not have an emergency phone number. However, on our contact page, you will find important information for urgent inquiries or matters related to your reservation. Please remember that this number should only be used for critical issues.

If you choose to complete our online contact form, don’t worry, we’re on it. Our goal is to get back to you within the first 12 to 24 hours during business days. For immediate assistance in urgent situations, we recommend contacting us through our WhatsApp number within our customer service hours.

View Pick-up Instructions

O’Hare Pick-up Instructions:

  • When taxiing or before collecting your luggage, call (630) 605-8941.
  • Locate exit door 1E, 2E, 3E, or 5E depending on the terminal you are at.
  • The driver will text or call you back.
  • You will be given a description of the car and the plate number.
  • Proceed outside and wait on the middle island.

Midway Airport Pick-up Instructions:

  • Before collecting your luggage, call (630) 605-8941.
  • The driver will call or text you back.
  • You will be given a description of the car and the plate number.
  • Midway regulations allow limo pick-ups outside of door 2 at the baggage claim level.
  • Proceed outside and wait in the second aisle (middle).
